Ireland welcome the back-to-back Rugby World Cup Champions, South Africa, to the Aviva Stadium this November. Arguably the two best teams in the world will clash in what promises to be the fixture of the year after the 2024 drawn summer series in South Africa. The Springboks will be looking to avenge that late Ciaran Frawley drop goal which was one of Irish rugby’s greatest victories.
THP is the sole official hospitality partner of the IRFU and the only way to guarantee hospitality inside the Aviva Stadium. All three home fixtures of the 2025 Autumn Nations Series are set to be complete sell-outs, so booking early is advised.

Marian Marquee
Havelock Restaurant – South Africa
The Havelock Restaurant is located on
level 4 (executive level) inside the stadium
and is our prime hospitality offering. This
restaurant is glass fronted and boasts
panoramic views of the pitch, the stadium
and of Lansdowne Road. This facility
is located behind the south goal and
reserved padded match seats are located
directly outside the room. Tables of 8,
10, 12 and 18 apply. Smaller groups are
required to share a table.
Vavasour Restaurant – South Africa
The Vavasour West Room is located on level 2 inside the stadium and is glass fronted overlooking Lansdowne Road. This room has a capacity of 100 guests and the match tickets are usually located in the West Upper Stand, Block 524 (to be confirmed). Private tables of 10 or 12 apply with small groups being catered for on shared tables.
The Vavasour East Room is located on level 2 inside the stadium and is glass fronted overlooking Lansdowne Road. This room has a capacity of 100 guests and the match tickets are located in the East Lower Stand, Block 103/106/107. Private tables of 10 or 12 apply with small groups being catered for on shared tables.
Marian Marquee South Africa
The Marian College Marquee is located
on Lansdowne Road inside the grounds
of Marian College School which is a twominute
walk to the east entrance of Aviva
Stadium. The facility is a glass fronted solid
sided marquee structure with a capacity
for 500 guests on tables of 10 & 12. The
match tickets for the marquee are usually in the
East Stand Lower Blocks 103, 106 & 107
or West Stand Upper Block 527 (to be confirmed).

Will I receive further information on the fixture I am attending in advance?
Will you send out a physical hospitality package prior to the event?
As part of IRFU & THP’s sustainability initiative, we are no longer sending out physical hospitality packages and tickets to clients. All hospitality information and e-tickets with be sent via email to the main booker who can then distribute this to guests.
What is the minimum age to attend official IRFU or FAI hospitality?
Guests must be 12 years or older to attend THP corporate hospitality.
When will my match tickets be sent?
E-match tickets will be sent approx. 2 weeks before the event to your IRFU or FAI Ticketmaster Portal. THP will send out information on how to access and transfer tickets once these have been sent.

Do you cater to vegetarians or other allergies?
We cater to all dietary allergies. Please note that we require dietaries no later than 1 week before the event date.
Can I pay over the phone for my packages?
Unfortunately, we can’t take payment over the phone. All payment must be paid via bank transfer. Details for this are provided on your invoice.
