The British & Irish Lions to Make Historic Irish Debut Against Argentina at Aviva Stadium 

The British & Irish Lions are making history this summer with their first-ever match in Ireland and it’s set to be a huge occasion for rugby fans. On Friday, 20th June 2025, they’ll face Rugby World Cup semi-finalist Argentina at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin for the Lions 1888 Cup. 

This match will act as a warm-up for the Lions ahead of their big 2025 Tour to Australia. It follows the success of the 1888 Cup game against Japan in 2021, where the Lions claimed a 28-10 victory. It’s a rare opportunity for fans across Ireland and beyond to see the Lions in action and give them a roaring farewell before they head off to take on Australia. 

Adding to the excitement, Ireland’s head coach Andy Farrell will lead the Lions making it even more special for Irish fans. With Argentina bringing a strong team, it promises to be a thrilling clash. 

The atmosphere at Aviva Stadium will be electric, and the match is expected to be a complete sell-out. THP is the only official hospitality partner for this event, dedicated to delivering an exceptional match day experience from start to finish.

Club Ireland Hospitality – Ireland v England ⚽

We at THP are really looking forward to our upcoming fixtures for the UEFA Nations League with three highly sought after matches. Don’t miss out on the chance of seeing Ireland play on home soil against rivals England for the first time in almost 10 years. This momentous occasion is not one to be missed.

The old rivalry kick’s off the UEFA Nations League for Ireland on Saturday, 7th September, with Ireland then playing Greece three days later at the Aviva Stadium. Rounding out the 2024 season will see Ireland take on Finland on 14th November.

We aim to give you a great match day experience from start to finish. We are delighted to welcome guests to the Havelock Restaurant for these fixtures. This venue is located on the executive level (level 4) which offers uninterrupted panoramic views of the pitch through the Havelocks wonderful glass front. From directly behind the goal at the south end indulge in a superb 3 course meal which is accompanied with a superior wine selection. For certain games, Club Ireland Hospitality will take place in Sky Boxes which are also located on the executive level (Level 4) running along the side of the pitch.
